I'll do it whatever way I want! Gosh!

< grumble >Call ME a lazy blogger and imply that I don't know how to hyperlink...< /grumble >

Actually, I deliberately wrote it that way because I wanted you to remember the site. When I read my friends' blogs, I rarely click on all the links, even if they say they are really fun or funny. If I had just written "Gizoogle" and hyperlinked it, you wouldn't have known for sure that the url would be a .com or that it wasn't just a page off some other site named something un-gizoogly without clicking the specific hyperlink on my page or performing a search. This way, you know it's www.gizoogle.com and you can type it in whenever the hell you feel like actually visiting the site. Don't you feel empowered already? It's like I'm freeing you from the Communist yoke.

Or something.

That sites too funny. Fo shizzle. The links goin on me page :)

You've lost me. What do I care if it's a .com or something else? If you say it's funny, or interesting, I trust you and I'll click on it.

90% of the time, if I have to type in a URL myself, it's not gonna happen. I'll just skip the link altogether. The web is about instant gratification, dammit. Making me do extra work defeats the purpose. :)

And the other option is you could have written:

Run your favorite website through www.gizoogle.com, sit back and chillax.

Wouldn't that have served both purposes?

Uh, izzle?
